Porch Swing Pub

On April 17, 2010, The Belle Curves will reunite from 5 pm until 7 pm at the Porch Swing Pub (69 Heights Boulevard) to raise money for Scout's Honor Rescue, Inc. (www.scoutshonor.org), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization located in Houston. The organization rescues animals from Houston and surrounding areas, including animals from BARC (the City pound) and the City of La Porte animal shelter. Scout’s Honor also takes in animals living on the streets. Scout's Honor does not limit its program to healthy animals or particular breeds, and it often saves animals from abusive situations. Scout's Honor provides these animals with a second chance to be placed in loving, permanent homes so that they can receive the love and attention they sorely deserve. Since its formation in May 2006, Scout's Honor has rescued over 1250 animals and currently has over 120 dogs and cats in its program.
